Block parties are a great way to get to know your neighbors and strengthen bonds. The City of Arvada offers free Block Party Trailer rentals and Outdoor Movie Equipment rentals to help make your neighborhood gathering a success.
Block Party Trailer and Outdoor Movie Equipment Rentals
The Block Party Trailer and Outdoor Movie Equipment are available to Arvada residents and registered neighborhood groups only. To enroll your neighborhood group, complete the 2022 Neighborhood Group Enrollment Form before making a reservation. Not sure what enrolling a neighborhood group entails? Each neighborhood group can reserve the Trailer and Movie Equipment once per year.
Reservations for the Block Party Trailer and Outdoor Movie Equipment must be made separately online.
All Block Party Equipment rentals are FREE and can be reserved online on a first-come, first-served basis.
Equipment is available to rent from June through October. Reservations may be made Thursdays - Saturdays only. PLEASE NOTE: Thursday and Friday reservations run from 2 p.m. to 11 a.m. the next day. Saturday reservations will be a two-day reservation beginning at 2 p.m. to 11 a.m. the following Monday.
The renter assumes responsibility for equipment rented throughout the duration of the reservation. Please review our Policies/Procedures.

Need a Block Party Permit?
If you plan to close your street or hold your event in a public park, you will be required to complete a Block Party Permit application at least two weeks in advance of your scheduled event. If your event will be held on private property, you do NOT need to fill out a permit application.
