Want to beautify your yard, add tree diversity and reduce your summer utility bill by increasing the shade on your home? Trees Across Arvada is a program of the Colorado Tree Coalition, a nonprofit statewide organization dedicated to preserving, renewing and enhancing Colorado’s community forests.
2022/2023 Program Details
The 12 trees for 2023 include varieties with color in the summer and fall, flowers in spring and summer, and a few old, reliable favorites. Once established, the trees are all low- to moderately-low water use varieties.
- At arrival, trees are 4 – 10 feet tall and are a little less than 1 inch caliper.
- Prices range from $75 to $80. .
- Availability of some trees is limited, so order early.
Important Dates
- Dec. 9, 2022: Tree order and full payment due.
- Tree pick up at Majestic View Nature Center in mid-April.
