Celebrate 2020 Arvada Trails Day
Saturday, June 6, 2020
Arvada’s Majestic View Nature Center and Two Ponds National Wildlife Refuge are celebrating Trails Day by encouraging everyone to get outdoors, move your feet, and meet new friends on many of Arvada Trails. On Saturday, June 6, 2020 Majestic View will be hosting a bird walk, bicycle rides, and trail maintenance activities in the morning. Visitors can choose any of the activities to enjoy Arvada Trails Day.
Then, visit Two Ponds National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. for some family fun with face painting, kids’ games, LIVE raptors, self-guided trail walks, environmental education booths and free refreshments. Bring sunscreen and walking shoes to explore nature on the trails at both of Arvada’s premier nature areas!
