Parks Update

Your Input Needed on Upcoming Playground Renovations!

Did you know? The City of Arvada checks playgrounds across the City for accessibility and other important maintenance and safety factors as part of the City’s “Taking Lasting Care” (TLC) Program.  Our next priorities for 2019 are the renovations of Ralston Valley Park Playground and Rainbow East Park Playground.

Your ideas are important! We want your reactions on potential themes and equipment for the new playgrounds. We will use this information to develop multiple designs to fit the available budget. Then, come back to voice your preference on the final design in early Spring 2019.

Funded in part with a Jefferson County Open Space grant, a shaded picnic area and series of fitness equipment offers amazing views of Harold D Lutz Baseball Fields as well as foothill and mountain vistas as you exercise or relax.
