Just outside the center is a 25,000 square foot water-conserving demonstration garden to discover native Colorado plants and wildlife. The beautiful 80 acre Majestic View Community Park also has nature trails, wetland and prairie ecosystems to explore.

Water Wise! Program and Contest:

FREE to all Arvada elementary schools. Build on the ideas covered in your water science unit by signing  up for the Water Wise! Science and Conservation of Water program and contest.  Majestic View Nature Center staff will come to your school to present on topics including the importance of water, the water cycle, Arvada’s water sources, the importance of conserving water, and more! Students in your class then take home a water conservation activity booklet which if completed by the entire class will win them a prize.
