6:00pm [6:00pm] Virtual Neighborhood Meeting for Proposed Development
Description:
This notice is to inform you of the opportunity to participate in a neighborhood meeting which will be held virtually via the Zoom platform. The applicant is requesting to remodel the existing Burger King at 5255 W. 80th Ave. The remodel includes improvements to the interior and exterior of the building, a new trash enclosure and a redesigned drive-through. The new drive-through will include new signage, menu boards, an additional service window, and a second drive-through lane. The existing drive-through does not comply with the existing Land Development Code and is therefore, considered nonconforming. Expanding the nonconforming drive-through by adding a second drive-through lane requires a Major Modification. Major Modifications require public hearings at Planning Commission and City Council. Contact Tiffany M. Criss-Stadelman, M.J. Cassutt Architects, P.C. at 303-913-6977 reception@mjcarch.com for more information. This meeting will be a virtual Zoom meeting. If you are interested in attending this meeting, please email Jake Nitchals at jnitchals@arvada.org before 5:00 pm on Thursday, December 2, 2021, and a link will be sent to you. Please include your name and address in the email.
