Description

This notice is to inform you of an upcoming opportunity to participate in a neighborhood meeting on proposed townhome project located at 5858 Ward Road, Arvada. The proposed development is for 140 townhome units for a density of 20.9 units per acre. The proposed townhomes will be three-story with a maximum height of 35 feet.
