12735 W. 58th Ave. (Council District 3) A virtual neighborhood meeting (Link: https://zoom.us/j/93049871028?pwd=NDJDTnVsUkZJVVcwT1IzbkN2TVVrUT09) will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 6pm to discuss the annexation and zoning of two parcels owned by the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. The primary reason for the annexation at this time is to provide water to the existing home north of the church building. The property is proposed to be zoned R6 (Residential, six units per acre) to match the zoning on the existing church property located within the City. The property has a Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use map designation of Suburban Residential.
