Description:
5352/5354 Allison Street (Council District 3) A virtual neighborhood meeting for the Allison Village Conditional Use request can be accessed using the following link: https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/749379317. Foothills Regional Housing is proposing to redevelop the site that currently contains 37 multifamily units in two buildings. The proposed development would consist of a single three and four story building with 100 units and a retail/cafe space adjacent to Allison Street. 6:00pm [6:00pm] Neighborhood Meeting for Proposed Development
Description:
This notice is to inform you of an upcoming opportunity to participate in a neighborhood meeting for a proposed development project planned within the City of Arvada. Arvada Fire Protection District desires to redevelop the existing Fire Station #3 at 7300 Kipling St. The existing 3,783 square foot building will be demolished and a new 8,011 square foot station will be constructed.
