6:00pm	[6:30pm] Neighborhood Meeting for Proposed Development Description: A neighborhood meeting will be held for a Preliminary Development Plan and Subdivision of Tower View Townhomes Phase II. The subject property is located at 7801 W 51st Ave. along with a portion of the adjacent CDOT property to the east (not addressed). The plan consists of three, three-story townhome buildings with three units in each building. The townhomes will be architecturally similar to the Tower View Townhome (Phase I) development to the west. The site layout will be similar to the townhomes to the west with access to the proposed buildings provided from the existing drive aisles to the west.
