6:00pm [6:00pm] Neighborhood meeting for proposed annexation
Description:
The annexation and zoning of the property at 16770 W. 63rd Place is currently being explored. The property contains one single-family home which will remain. Access to City of Arvada sanitary sewer service is needed and requires the property to annex. The zoning requested would be R-E (Residential Estate) which allows for single-family homes and minimum lot sizes of 12,500 square feet and is consistent with several other lots in the subdivision that have annexed into the City of Arvada. The annexation request is only for the property listed above and no others in the neighborhood. For more information, contact City Planner Jeremiah Bebo at 720-898-7435.
