Description

Mondays, January 6 - February 24 Beginning 4 - 5 p.m. Continuing 5:15 â 6:15 p.m. Adults, $80 for 8 weeks. End your day before dark with this gentle, low impact Tai Chi, adapted from the Sun form. Improve your balance in this fun and relaxed class. Wear comfortable clothes and join us inside the Nature Center. Register in advance. Inside if inclement weather.
