The City of Arvada owns and operates two prestigious Golf Clubs.
West Woods Golf Club is a scenic 27 hole public course designed by Richard Phelps and is nestled along the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and is only 20 minutes from downtown Denver.
Lake Arbor Golf Club is a scenic 18-hole public course. The course features lush, medium-sized greens and narrow fairways. The classic layout is easily walked and provides picturesque views of the Rocky Mountains.
Both golf courses are certified members of the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program for Golf. West Woods and Lake Arbor also both host tournament events of all sizes and offer Grow the Game programs throughout the season.
A third public golf course located in Arvada is the Indian Tree Golf Course owned and operated by the Apex Park and Recreation District.
