The Arvada Sustainability Advisory Committee (ASAC) provides strategic guidance for the implementation of Sustain Arvada. Sustain Arvada is a way of honoring Arvada's rich heritage and preserving our resources to foster economic prosperity, environmental stewardship and community vitality today and into the future. This committee works closely with city staff to monitor the progress of goals and programs.

Meeting Information

The ASAC generally meets the second Wednesday of every month at 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.  

Starting June 2022, ASAC is moving their monthly meetings to a hybrid format. The public may still watch remotely and request the ZOOM link or can come in person. To attend in person, please be in the Police Lobby in City Hall no later than 5:20 p.m. to make sure that a City team member can let you into the building prior to the meeting's start.

Vacancies

There is currently 1 vacancy on the Arvada Sustainability Advisory Committee. This is a volunteer appointment requiring 5-8 hours per month. Terms are for three years. You must be a resident of the City of Arvada to apply. NOTE: A background check will be required before working with this committee.
