The City of Arvada works to provide citizens with convenient access to information about city operations.

There are three different types of records that are available from the City of Arvada: General Public Records; Building and Permit Records; and Criminal Justice Records.

General Public Records (not including Criminal Justice/Police or Court)

The City Clerk is the official custodian of city records and provides access to public records under the guidelines of the Colorado Open Records Act. The City of Arvada has made many documents available for the public to search and view through the MuniDocs.com website.

The repository of records on MuniDocs.com is constantly increasing with additional current and historic documents. If you are not able to locate the record that you require using MuniDocs, submit a records request using the link below.

Please Note: This link is NOT for Criminal Justice/Police or Court Records. If you are looking for Criminal Justice/Police or Court Records, scroll to the end of this webpage.
