There are three different types of record requests that are available for request from the City of Arvada: Building and Permit Records; Criminal Justice Records; and General Public Records. Each type of record request must be made using the appropriate form below. Fees may differ for different types of record requests. 

Building and Permit Records

The City of Arvada uses eTRAKiT to provide citizens and contractors the ability to search for information on permits, developments and building records.

Criminal Justice Records

General Public Records

The City Clerk is the official custodian of city records and provides access to public records under the guidelines of the Colorado Open Records Act. The City of Arvada has made many documents available for the public to search and view through the website.
