Ask Arvada is the City's online, 24/7 digital service request platform. Residents can ask City staff questions from the comfort of their home during hours that are convenient for them. City staff will respond to requests within three days, and residents can track the status of their requests.

Speak Up Arvada is the City's online, 24/7 digital engagement platform where you can give us feedback and share ideas about issues that you care about at times that are convenient for you. On the site, you’ll find tools for engaging with the City and resources for staying informed. Within a project, you can take a survey or a poll, share a comment, idea, or a question, or drop a pin on a map All feedback is considered by the City team when making recommendations on a project and shared with the City’s leadership and City Council.

The City of Arvada is developing a Communication and Engagement Strategy to improve how we communicate and engage with the community and City Council to support transparency, informed decision-making, understanding, and involvement with City issues and activities.
