You may register as a potential vendor for Arvada, along with over 100 Colorado public entities (municipalities, counties, school districts, special districts, etc.), at BidNet Direct. By registering as a vendor/supplier, you will receive email notices when bids are released.
You can search for "Arvada" or go to our specific page to see open solicitations. If you are not registered, the infomation is limited.
There are two options available for registration. You can register for SEARCH ONLY ACCESS which is free and gives you access to the website to check for bids on your own; or, AUTOMATIC EMAIL NOTIFICATION for a fee which will send you an email notification for commodities you select when bids, addendum, and other bid communications are posted.
If you are currently registered as a vendor on this system with another agency, you do not need to register separately for the City of Arvada.
