The City of Arvada continues to monitor very closely the national response to the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and will be following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control Prevention (CDC), as well as State and local guidance.
The Arvada Municipal Court is closed to the public. Use of online services is strongly encouraged at this time. Instructions appear below. Beginning March 1, 2021, The Arvada Municipal Court will be open to the public and will begin hearing cases in person.

Remote Appearance - Virtual Hearing
Starting November 30, 2020, the Court is hearing cases remotely by using Zoom. Please use the link below to check in for your hearing and read the Advisement of Rights on Your Rights as a Defendant prior to your hearing. Once you have submitted the Check-in form, a Zoom link will be sent to you via the email address you provide.
What You Need
- Please read this information on Court Decorum - Arvada Municipal Court Order 20-10.
- An electronic device with an internet connection
- An iPad/tablet, laptop, smart phone or computer that has a webcam/built-in camera with sound and video
- Test your connection and audio well in advance of your hearing
- Per the Judge, audio call only is available, but is not the preferred method

Public Access to Remote Hearings
Remote Hearings are viewable by the public, as well. Please contact the Court at 720-898-7150 during business hours, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday except Holidays, to receive information on how to observe remote hearings.

About Arvada Municipal Court
The Arvada Municipal Court handles traffic infractions and criminal citations, as well as municipal code violations and parking citations that are issued in the City of Arvada.
Remember that even if a citation is written within the City of Arvada, it may be handled by Jefferson County Courts or Adams County Courts
The Arvada Municipal Court can provide record checks for citations that have been written in the City.
