The Essential Home Repairs Program (Home Repair Help/Loan)

The Home Repair Program is intended to help low and moderate income homeowners with financial assistance for basic repairs and rehabilitation of their homes.  Those repairs can include plumbing repairs, weatherization, new windows, heating, plumbing, structural, flooring repairs, electrical repairs, roofing, gutters, etc.    The type of financial assistance available is based on the income of your household.  Financial assistance for a project can be in the form of a forgivable loan, deferred loan or a bank loan.  This program is available to Arvada residents ONLY.
