Meeting Rooms

City of Arvada has three community meeting rooms: Anne Campbell at City Hall, Lake Arbor Police Community Room at the Lake Arbor Community Police Station (8110 Vance Drive) and the West Woods Community Room at the Westwood Community Police Station (6644 Kendrick Drive). These rooms are available for use for non-profit meetings. The Anne Campbell room at City Hall can hold up to 50 and can accommodate AV needs. The two community meeting rooms at the police community stations hold approximately 20 people and can accommodate AV needs as well. The Community rooms are reserved on a first come first serve basis and can be booked 3 months in advance. If you would like more information on the two community police station community rooms please call either the Westwoods Police Station at 720-898-6980 or 720-898-6970 for the Lake Arbor Police Community Station.   To inquire about reserving the Anne Campbell room at City Hall please submit a service request or call 720-898-7602.
