Reserve a Meeting Room

The City of Arvada has three community meeting rooms that the public can reserve. Community Rooms are public meeting spaces and are not intended for private commercial business use. All public meeting spaces include audio-visual capabilities and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. While use of the rooms is free, fees may apply if set-up or clean-up is performed by a City employee. Additional policies apply at all locations.

Anne Campbell Room

The Anne Campbell Room, located at City Hall, is intended to provide public meeting space for Arvada citizens and groups to engage in activities and programs that are open to the public and of public interest. The Anne Campbell Room can accommodate up to 50 guests. To inquire about reserving the Anne Campbell room at City Hall please submit a service request or call 720-898-7602.
