Fire And Safety Ask Arvada

Child Passenger Safety

The Arvada Fire Protection District has certified child passenger safety technicians at all of our fire stations who are ready to inspect car seats and to teach guardians the correct and safe way to transport children in automobiles. There are many valuable tips our firefighters can give regarding child restraint systems and will also teach how to install the car seat in the vehicle to insure that the parent is comfortable installing the seat after our quick and easy session. We do not require appoinments, rather anyone can stop by any of our 8 fire stations at their conveniece. Call the Arvada Fire Protection District Headquarters at 303-424-3012 to locate the fire station nearest you or for more information on the program.
