City Council Agenda Packets and Minutes

July 16 update: In response to rising COVID-19 incidence rates, on July 15, Governor Polis announced a mask mandate for the Ste of Colorado. Jefferson County Public Health and Tri-County Health Department had previously announced a similar order. The City of Arvada continues to urge residents, businesses and visitors to follow the mandates set out by the local public health agencies, including the wearing of masks or face coverings whenever you are out of the house and following physical distancing guidelines standing at least six feet from other people.

The City of Arvada City Council has moved to a hybrid meeting format. A hybrid meeting means that some members of Council, City staff and citizens will participate virtually via our web platform and some will do so in person at Arvada City Hall. Only citizens wishing to provide public comment may attend a meeting in person. For instructions on how to provide public comment at a Council business meeting during COVID, visit arvada.org/public-comment. Members of the public may watch the meeting on Comcast channels 8 and 880 or on the livestream at arvada.org/live-stream. A recording of the meeting will also be available the next day.

The City Council holds four regular meetings each month. The first and third Mondays of each month are regular business meetings and the second and fourth Mondays are regular workshops. The Current City Council Meeting Packet that contains agenda information, as well as details about agenda items, is posted here on the Friday before each Monday meeting.

The previous 24 months' City Council Meeting Packets and previous 24 months' City Council Meeting Minutes (once approved) are also posted here.

All City Council Meeting Minutes and Packets are now available through Arvada's public document portal: MuniDocs.
