The City of Arvada City Council has moved to a hybrid meeting format. A hybrid meeting means that some members of Council, City staff and citizens will participate virtually via our web platform and some will do so in person at Arvada City Hall. Only citizens wishing to provide public comment may attend a meeting in person. For instructions on how to provide public comment at a Council business meeting during COVID, visit arvada.org/public-comment. Members of the public may watch the meeting on Comcast channels 8 and 880 or on the livestream at arvada.org/live-stream. A recording of the meeting will also be available the next day.
City Council business meetings are generally held on the first and third Mondays of each month at 6 p.m. Workshops are generally held on the second and fourth Mondays at 6 p.m.
Attend in Person (On Hold)
These meetings are open to the public; however, the opportunity for public comment is only available at business meetings. All Council Meetings are held in Council Chambers at City Hall (8101 Ralston Rd.). Citizens may access the agendas online the Friday before the meeting. Anyone requiring special services, assistance or accommodations when attending a Council meeting should contact the City of Arvada Facilities Manager Kim Vagher at 720-898-7681.
Watch Live Online or on Cable TV
Business meetings and workshops are streamed live online and, for customers who subscribe to Comcast or TDS, are telecast on Channel 8 (standard definition) and Channel 880 (high definition).
