MX-N (Mixed-Use, Neighborhood) District

Intended to allow for and promote adaptive re-use of residential buildings on collector or arterial streets that are not necessarily desirable residential locations due to traffic patterns or volumes or other contextual factors. Also intended to provide for new commercial and residential uses on blocks or corners in neighborhoods where such uses are desired and consistent in scale and height with the adjacent neighborhoods. And to accommodate a mix of low and medium-density residential neighborhoods.
