Online tax return submittal and payment is mandatory. We accept all payment forms including e-check, credit card, and ACH credit. If you need ACH electronic payment details, please contact our office.
As of February 1, 2019 the vendor discount will no longer be an allowed deduction for on-time sales tax returns.
How Do I Get Started?
If you have an account, you can use the form to request online access. Turn around time is generally less than one hour during regular, business hours....Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. Only licensed accounts have the ability to file online. All accounts are required to file and pay online. Please know that we are available to help you, answer questions and assist you with any issues.
What if I Make a Mistake?
If you made a mistake on your return, please call our office at 720-898-7100 and we can reset your filing. If you need to amend a return, you can send a paper return, reference the correct period and mark AMENDED on the top of the return.
I Have a Debit Block, What is Your ID?
Please be sure to set up company ID 0000000160 BEFORE attempting payment. If you submit payment before this has been set up your bank will reject the payment and you will be required to clear authorizations with your bank and the payment processor before any other payments will be allowed.

How Much Does it Cost?
Online filing is free. We allow e-check and credit card payments from $1 up to $500,000. E-check payments are free and credit card payments are assessed a 2.39% fee which is paid to the payment processing company. Please contact your personal bank for ACH and electronic payment charges.
