The City of Arvada is currently processing a development application for a project located at approximately 6730 Indiana St., known as Project Indiana. The City is aware that this project has a large amount of public interest. This webpage is intended to provide specific information related to Project Indiana, including all information provided to the City as part of Project Indiana's Annexation, Zoning, and Site Plan. Additionally, this page will outline the public process this project must follow as part of the development review process.
What's Happening Now
The proposed development project involves combining large and smaller parcels of land into one large parcel. Portions of the land will need to be annexed into the city and rezoned; other portions are already within the limits of the city. The applicant of the project is proposing to eventually construct and operate a light industrial warehouse distribution center with approximately 1,159 parking spaces. Watch this quick overview.

Development Review Process
The City team follows systematic processes for reviewing development projects, which are defined in the City's Land Development Code (LDC). The required neighborhood meeting was held on Nov. 18, 2020. A recording of this meeting is available to watch.
The Feb. 25 Project Indiana Neighborhood Meeting was rescheduled to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 11, 2021.
Why did this happen? In response to the large number of people registering for the meeting, the project team determined it needed to switch online platforms. Our goal was to ensure everyone who wished to attend and provide questions/comments would have access. Unfortunately, the last-minute change and caused confusion, for which the team sincerely apologizes. New meeting details are as follows:
