Development

As of Monday, March 23, all City facilities will continue to remain closed to the public through Sunday, April 12, 2020.  This closure includes, but is not limited to, public business activities at City Hall, including in-person development meetings and services.  Online new development applications, re-submittals, pre-applications can be submitted online at arvadapermits.org however, due to reduced staffing and limited meeting availability, processing of your requests will be delayed and public and informal meetings will be scheduled once City meeting facilities reopen. Questions may be emailed to pod@arvada.org -- responses may be delayed because of staff availability but we will get back to you as soon as we can.
