In response to increases in COVID-19 infections, Community and Economic Development in-person services at the City of Arvada will be available by-appointment only, beginning Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2020. We encourage City customers to first use remote options (such as the website or phone) to contact the City and request information or services, and then schedule an appointment, if necessary. Building Department: information on applying for permits, obtaining contractor licensing, paying fees or scheduling inspections, visit www.arvada.org/permits.
Planning Department: information on development applications, re-submittals, and pre-applications is located at www.arvada.org/develop or if you have a question about submitting plans, zoning, or development email firstname.lastname@example.org. If your question is about a specific property, permit, or project, identify it by address, permit, or project number. Zoning and setback information about specific properties is available online at www.arvada.org/zoning.

The City is moving to this model based on the recent Jefferson County Public Health (JCPH) Dial Framework order that began on Nov. 9, 2020. To learn details about the County order, visit JCPH website. The City will be primarily operating remotely until further notice.
