Together, the City of Arvada and Adams County are offering “winterization” mini grants to physical businesses in Arvada who have been impacted by COVID-19. The Arvada Chamber of Commerce is managing the grant disbursement. The funding is made possible through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act.
Eligible businesses can apply for mini-grants in the following four categories: business operations, technology upgrades, compliance issues and winterizing operations.
Arvada businesses in either Adams or Jefferson counties are eligible for the funding provided they meet specific criteria and agree to use the grant funds based on CARES Act requirements. View eligibility criteria and application details at https://adamscountycovid19.org/minigrants.
The City of Arvada continues its commitment to supporting businesses responding to the COVID-19 pandemic through strategic partnerships, the distribution of CARES funding, enabling stream-lined regulatory processes, permitting temporary modifications and expansion of outdoor dining/retail areas, and through additional commercial lending options.
