City Invites Public Input on Land Development Code
Would you like to know more about the Land Development Code (LDC) and how it affects you and your neighborhood? The City of Arvada is inviting public input on the Council approved LDC Uses Analysis and Update. The meeting for civic and neighborhood groups and residents is scheduled for Wednesday, July 23, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Arvada City Hall, 8101 Ralston Road. RSVPs are required to attend this meeting. Please call 720-898-7444 or firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve your spot.
On June 2, City Council approved a contract for the LDC Uses Analysis and Update. This project will update the Uses Section of the LDC to reflect current market trends. It will also provide an opportunity to review the LDC for future revisions to solve problems that residents and businesses have had in applying the code.
For more information on the project, please contact Rita McConnell, Planning Manager for the Community Development Department, 720-898-7444 or email@example.com.
