Arvada High Schools have teamed up with the Arvada Police Department and Special Olympics of Colorado for a benefit concert on Wednesday, April 29 at 7:00 P.M. The concert will take place in the Arvada High School auditorium, located at 7951 W. 65th Avenue.
Choirs from Ralston Valley, Pomona, Arvada and Arvada West as well as Wheat Ridge High School will be on-hand to entertain and delight. This concert is a great way to bring the community together and not only showcase the talent of the students, but also to show our support toward all athletes in our community.
Concert tickets are $10 per person and 100 percent of proceeds will go directly to Special Olympics Colorado (SOCO).
The Arvada Police Department is a long-time proud supporter of SOCO. For many years, they have participated in raising money through the Law Enforcement Torch Run and Tip-A-Cop programs. The money raised for SOCO directly benefits 16,200 athletes, none of whom pay to participate.
