Arson Suspect Identified


Arvada, CO – At approximately 1:30 A.M. on March 10th, the Arvada Fire Protection District and the Arvada Police Department were called to 6854 Nelson Street regarding a report of a house fire.

When the fire department and police officers arrived, the house was fully engulfed.  There are no reported injuries as a result of the fire.  The initial investigation indicates that the fire was intentionally set.

One of the residents, William Lindauer (DOB: 3/3/84), is currently in custody for first degree arson and other related charges.  The Arvada Fire Protection District and Arvada Police Department are currently conducting a joint investigation.
