Advada Offers Free Crime Prevention Class

The Community Response Impact Team (CRIT) of the Arvada Police Department is offering residents the opportunity to participate in a free Crime Prevention Class.

The Crime Prevention Class is offered twice each year and gives homeowners important tips designed to keep them and their homes safe.

Topics covered include reporting a crime, vacation safety tips, protecting your neighborhood and how to be a good witness among other things. Each session includes a Q&A session for citizens to ask their own questions about crime prevention.

The class is designed to be interactive and information.  The next one will be October 2 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at City Hall in the Ann Campbell Room.
