W. 86th Parkway (Indiana to Garrison)

As a requirement of the development of the Village at Five Parks project the developer, Village Homes, was required to improve W. 86th Parkway to a four lane arterial roadway and construct an intersection at Indiana Street and State Highway 72 to connect to W. 86th Parkway. The intersection at Indiana was completed in September of 2004, and the widening on W. 86th Parkway from Alkire to the east City limit (about Garrison Street) was completed in mid 2005. 

The City is working with Jefferson County and the City of Westminster on the completion of the final segment of this roadway east of the Arvada city limit.
