Xcel Energy has scheduled a full road closure on Balsam Street between Ralston Road and W 57th Ave to upgrade gas lines. The work will take place on 08/15/12 between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM. Travelers are advised to use caution near the construction site and seek alternate routes** to avoid delays.
** Note: the railroad crossing at Balsam St will be closed due to the Gold Line Project.
