In an effort to keep leaves out of the landfill and off our streets the City of Arvada has partnered with Timberline Gardens and Perma Green to provide a free way for residents to recycle leaves this fall. All leaves collected at the drop sites will be processed on site at Timberline Gardens or Perma Green where they are naturally recycled through composting over the winter.
- Bags of leaves will need to be emptied in collection area.
- No branches or tree stumps will be accepted.
By participating in this program, Arvada residents help better their neighborhoods by keeping leaves out of the streets and storm drains, reduce trash, and create compost which can be used locally to improve our soils.
