Billing for water, sewer and storm water services are sent on a bi-monthly basis. Payments can be made on line, by phone, by direct debit, by mail or in person.

- To mail a payment, make checks payable to the City of Arvada and mail to City of Arvada, 8101 Ralston Road, Arvada, Colorado 80001-8101 (make sure your account number is noted on the check).
- To pay in person, payments can made at City Hall on the first floor, 8101 Ralston Road.
City staff also monitors accounts for any unusual water consumption levels and will help to determine if any unknown water leaks are present. If you suspect you have a leak, City staff can schedule an appointment for a leak detection.

Water Service Only Restored During Business Hours
If a customer's water service has been terminated due to non-payment of their water bill, payment of the bill will only be accepted and water service will only be restored DURING BUSINESS HOURS: Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Payments must be received during business hours in order to restore water service. Utility Account Service Representatives accept payments Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. via telephone: 720-898-7070 and in person at City Hall, main reception area, 8101 Ralston Road.
