Phase I was completed in 2005 and directly followed the master plan. Since there were no funds to complete the entire Phase I master plan, the phase II construction project, which will finish the master plan for the first phase, includes a new pavilion, bocce court, site furniture and electrical for the pavilion. The phase III master plan completes the design of the entire park which includes an additional approximately 6 acres that were added to the existing approximately 6 acre park site which was the original park.
Construction of the park has been completed by the general contractor, Richdell Construction, Inc. Richdell will be re-seeding areas of the park and replacing the dead trees and shrubs when the temperatures cool in late summer and fall.
