This project involves the development of a new master park plan for an existing 10 acre undeveloped site. The plan will be developed with citizen input from the existing, surrounding neighborhood on the West side of the park. Facilities for consideration will likely include a trail system, a picnic shelter area, a play equipment area and zones of irrigated landscaping for the first phase.
