Department Directory - Community Development - Planning & Zoning (Division)

The Planning Division gathers and disseminates planning information to the public, other City departments, the Planning Commission and City Council. The department is responsible for coordinating development activities to conform with City policies and regulations. Mike Elms, AICP, is the Director of Community Development.
