Works with council members and mayor on legislative matters and intergovernmental relations, citizen relations, prepares council agendas, oversees telecommunications franchise, department directors, financial management of City, employee relations and recognition, public information, KATV Channel 8, special projects, neighborhood partnership program, assists citizens and customers.
