Arvada Urban Renewal Authority (Aura)

Arvada Urban Renewal Authority is responsible for revitalizing three distinct urban renewal districts - Arvada City Center, Ralston Fields and Jefferson Center. AURA works with private developers, business and property owners, neighborhood groups, and the City to redevelop tired areas within the community and provide vibrant retail, residential and office opportunities. The board meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. This is a volunteer appointment. Terms are for five years.
