  [All day event] Arvada Center Annual Fine Art Market
Description:
The Arvada Center's Annual Fine Art Market Show & Sale takes place in the Main Gallery and features handmade, one-of-a-kind items from over 90 local artists in a wide variety of media and styles. This is one of the best places to find a unique gift for everyone on your list, and yourself, for the holiday season! Admission to the sale is free, all purchases support the participating artists and the Arvada Center.

Description:
Join Councilmember Mark McGoff for a community hike from Van Bibber Open Space Park (east side of Ward Road at 55th Avenue). We will hike the loop trails with the park, then east on Van Bibber Creek Trail to Skyline Park. Start time is 9 a.m., and end time is approximately 11 a.m. Dress for the weather, bring some water, and enjoy the friendship of fellow hikers. Because of group size, these hikes are not suited for dogs.


[10:30am] Meet the Animals of The Downtown Aquarium
Description:
The Downtown Aquarium’s animal ambassadors will be at the Nature Center to say hello! Come meet these live animals and learn about their adaptations up close! Sign up in advance, and leave your dogs at home. Registrations closes the night before the program, and please remember to sign up all participating family members. 720-898-7405.

Santa will be on the Olde Town Square (57th and Olde Wadsworth) for picture opportunities plus holiday entertainment on each Saturday. Bring your own cameras! Pictures with Santa are FREE! Canned food donations will be accepted and donated to the food bank at The Rising Church.
