Building Inspection

The Building Inspection Division is responsible for assuring that buildings built in the city are safe for the occupants of those buildings. To accomplish this goal, the Building Inspection Division administers the following codes:

Location: 8101 Ralston Rd, Arvada, CO 80003 on the second floor of the City Hall building.

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday except for holidays.
