Rake and drip edge metal required

Ice Barrier is required to at least 24 inches inside the exterior wall line of the building

Crickets are required for all chimneys, saddles (ridge side) 30 inches or wider

Step Flashing and proper counter flashing or method is required

All shingle shall meet ASTM 3161

20/12 slopes require special fastening is required

No T-locs are allowed

2/12 minimum pitch required for all asphalt strip shingles

90 pound for 1/12 and greater slopes

Tile

All tile are required to have a vertical bat system installed if a horizontal bat system is used

High wind instalation as specified by Manufacturer no less than six nails for asphalt

Ice Barrier is required Mid-roof required all bats lats and metal must be applied and must not be loaded

Reroofing

1 layer maximum for asphalt- no overlays

Wind load is 90-110mph

Commercial

Mid-roof/pre-roof required for all low slope roofs

A letter from manufacturers agent is required for final-not a warranty letter
