Planning and Zoning
The Planning Division is responsible for coordinating development activities and insuring compliance with City policies and regulations. All applications related to land use are coordinated through the division, and division staff act as case managers for development projects. The division is also the staff contact for the Planning Commission and the Board of Adjustment.
