Inspection Guidelines

Inspection must be called for at various stages of the project as required by the International Building Code and Building Division Inspection Policy. To process your request it is mandatory that you give the following:
- Permit Number
- Job Address
- Date Inspection Desired
- Type of Inspection (foundation, framing, plumbing, etc.)
- Person Requesting the Inspection and phone number.
If your request for inspection lacks the above information we will not be able to process your request and your inspection may not be made. Please read the inspection request procedure provided on the building permit inspection record card. Inspection requests received during working hours will be scheduled for the following work day.
BEFORE A ROUGH FRAME WILL BE MADE, YOU MUST FIRST HAVE THE SIGNATURES OF THE PLUMBING, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL INSPECTORS AND A STICKER ON THE INSPECTION RECORD CARD.
