The Colorado Housing and Finance Authority provides a variety of programs designed to create home ownership opportunities for Colorado families and households. Those programs include:

MRB First Step - Offers below market 30 year fixed interest rate mortgage loans along with an optional 0% interest rate second mortgage for down payment and closing costs. There are income and price limits and it is reserved for first-time home buyers

Taxable Home Opener - Offers a 30 year fixed, low, competitive interest rate mortgage loan with fewer restrictions.

HomeAccess and HomeAccess Plus - For low income families or households having a member who is disabled, this program can provide low interest rate loans for a mortgage and for down payment and closing costs for first time home purchasers.
