Our permit office is open from 8-5 Monday-Friday

Wednesdays our office will be closed until 10:30am for staff meetings

Closed on major holidays. New Years day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day,

Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day

PERMIT INSPECTION REQUEST

The Permit Inspection Request System can be used on the internet www.arvadabuild.org or using your phone line 720-898-7630 ( you will need the 3 digit codes to schedule inspections on the phone). You need the permit number to access the inspection system.

The City of Arvada municipal Code chapter 7 and the International Building Code require that before any building may be occupied or used for any purpose, a valid Certificate of Occupancy (C.O.) authorizing such use or occupancy must first be issued by the Chief Building Official or his designee.
