October 14, 2008: Attention all Roofing Contractors!  The Building Official has outlined the significant changes to the 2006 ICC building codes that regulate the roofing requirements within the City of Arvada.  If you have any questions about the requirements please contact our office at 720-898-7620.  You can find the information in the link below.

Arvada Building Inspection adopted the 2008 National Electrical Code August 1, 2008 along with the State of Colorado, as mandated by state statute. Please see the link below for some of the significant changes to the NEC.

12-15-2007: City of Arvada Building Inspection has adopted the 2006 International Building Codes and 2005 National Electrical Codes.
